I'm Jay Ryan Tugawin, based in Davao City, Philippines. I started building websites over a decade ago out of pure curiosity — taking things apart to see how they worked. That curiosity turned into a career helping people put their businesses online.
Today I build websites professionally — including as an independent contract developer with a global web development agency — and I take on a select number of my own independent client projects. That mix keeps my skills sharp and means you get agency-level standards with the directness of working one-to-one.
